A member asked:

What's better having an aneurysm clipped or coiled, and what are some of the risks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: On where it is, how big it is, and whether you have symptoms, family history, etc. See your neurosurgeon before you make any decisions. He/she can tell you about the risks also. And this is a good time to say: smoking is out of the question! if you're smoking, quit. Period. No excuses.
