Embolization effect: When embolized , collaterals develop ; intestines, liver are 2 areas that get redistribution. Effect also depends on your individual anatomy. Would avoid too many liver toxins - alcohol , fatty foods,wt, Most studies f/u 2 years not 20-30 yet. But people have organs removed and flow has to be redirected so I would not worry. Without embolization there is rupture risk which is devastating

Isolated celiac: artery aneurysm is a rare condition. You should be happy that embolization was successful. I don't think you will suffer any remote complications from the procedure itself. Major concern would be development of any other aneurysms in other parts of your body, such as brain or any genetic defect. It seems unlikely that this celiac artery aneurysm was caused by atherosclerosis.
