Depends: The success rate varies tremendously based on many factors including diagnosis (for instance ovulation problems, sperm problems, endometriosis, etc), the age of the woman, how the fallopian tubes work, . Etc. Pregnancy rates can be as low as 1% or as high as 20-25% per month.

It depends: Femara is about as effective as Clomid (clomiphene) in women with ovulation problems. It's effectiveness for other types of infertility is less well established.
