Not typically: Very unusual for aortic aneurysm to cause abdominal pain or chest pain , sometime trouble swallowing in big chest aneurysms, or in case of inflammatory aneurysm which are rare that cause systemic symptoms of fever , pain , fatigue and possibly decrease appetite.
