See below...: Assuming u know ur triggering situations, avoid those that can be avoided & practice changing ur perspective regarding what cannot be changed. Mindfulness mediation, relaxation, tapping/eft are all self help tools for that. Talk therapy can be very helpful too in exploring ways to cope with uncomfortable situations.
