Dehydration: is a common cuase of headaches. Try drinking a couple glasses of water. If you regularly drink caffiene, it may be a caffine withdrawl head ache. Foods that contian high levels of alkaloids (chocolate, coffee, red wine) can sometimes trigger migraines. You should keep a food and headache diary to help determine any triggers you may have.
