Allergy to Cashews: Allergist will do the testing to confirm your allergy and give you advice to refrain from eating cashews and a prescription for Epipen (epinephrine) to use in case you accidentally ingest cashews and advise you proper use of drugs like benadryl& other antihistamine it is important to avoid these nuts and in case of accidental ingestion seek help with immidiate action with epipen (epinephrine). If not treated it can be fatal.

Confirm cashew…: Allergy. May provide you with list of other tree nuts with which you may cross-react: macadamia, brazil nuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts, pecans, pistachios, chestnuts, beechnuts, hazelnuts, pine nuts (pignoli/ piñon), gingko nuts & hickory nuts. Most people aren't allergic to all tree nuts, but there is high cross-reactivity among various families of tree nuts. Epi-pen 2 b carried at all times.
