Lipoma is innocent: Travelling pains in arms and legs are not being caused by lipoma in arm. It is also unlikely that lipoma in arm is causing arm pain. Sounds benign, but could be coming from nerve compression or musculoskeletal system.

Not likely: I do not think that a lipoma would cause the symptoms you describe. I would be concerned that this could be neurological or rheumatological disorder. See an internist.
