Nothing - normal!: Its extremely common to have mood swings after having a baby.Your body is going through many changes, especially hormonal. The "baby blues" are a recognized problem. They usually go away in a short time (maybe a few weeks). However, especially if you have had issues with depression, they can get more serious in postpartum period. Let someone know right away if you feel you might harm self or baby.

Not uncommon: After delivery there are many hormone changes taking place and many women will have post partum depression. Talk with your obstetrician, i'm sure they have seen it alot.

Could be baby blues: It's possible that it's baby blues which affect up to 80% of new moms and can last up to 2-3 weeks. It could also be fatigue and that by evening you are understandably tired (very common). If this doesn't get better in a few weeks or other symptoms occur, seek an evaluation from a mental health professional with expertise in postpartum issues.
