Hpv 16 and 18 are the most common hpv associated w/ cancer.

Flat warts or verruca plana are caused by a different subtype (3, 8 & 10) that is separate from other subtypes in the family of hpv. So you can be infected by any of the subtypes independent of previous or concurrent infections.

Not likely: The hpv type related to cervical cancer is not producing any warts. The types producing genital warts are not related to cancer. Those flat warts are related to non-cancerous types. The lesions induced by carcinogenic types may look like warts but they re not.
