Less likely-cont f/u: The fact that it has been stable for 7 months and no increase in size- is encouraging. It is less likely to be something worrisome like cancer. However, will recommend to continue to monitor with your gynecologist. Repeat another sonogram in 6 months to ensure stability.

Not very likely.: But follow your doctor's advice. Follow up testing may be recommended. If you have a strong family history of ovarian or breast cancer, be very vigilant!
