Liver enzymes went down after quit drinking. if i have a few drinks on my vacation are there signs i should look for to let me know it's not processing?

Not really: Generally speaking there are no signs of elevated liver enzymes until you reach a state of severe disease. At this time you may experience some abdominal discomfort and yellowing of the skin. However, if you have had elevated liver enzymes from drinking alcohol, you should avoid further consumption.

Depends on baseline: Anyone's liver enzymes can go up temporarily after a few drinks (may be due to fat deposition); typically resolves with abstinence after a few days. If one has significant chronic iiver damage from other causes such as infection , e.G hepatitis virus, toxins (including alcohol) immune disorders, then one may have other symptoms or physical findings; otherwise not likely; occ pain in upper abd.
