What could it mean if my uterus at end day starts to feel heavy at 7 weeks pregnant?

A number of things: Your doctor should do an ultrasound to make sure everything is ok. I always do an ultrasound by 7 weeks as i want to make sure the baby has a heart. Beat and is inside the uterus. You may have some prolapse of the uterus or it could from stretching of the round ligaments. If you haven't had your first prenatal visit , then you should schedule it.
