No, tests reliable: If the blood pregnancy test is negative, you are not pregnant. I am not sure what you mean by a "heavy" uterus. Perhaps a uterus with fibroids or adenomyosis? Either way, these conditions do not mask the laboratory diagnosis of pregnancy.
