What i , am asking is if ovary is enlarged due to cancer ia it from a mass or can cancer make ovary enlarge without any type of mass?

Ovarian mass: If somebody has ovarian cancer, you would see some sort of mass/cystic mass there in ovary. The problem is that many times, prople can have cysts in their ovaries comes and goes and majority of those cysts are benign. So, you really need to monitor all those cysts closely. You can not have ovarian cancer without a devleopment of some sort of mass.
