Who should not take exemestane?

Contraindications: According to epocrates, here are the contraindications for this drug: 1)pregnancy, 2)estrogen use, 3) pre-menopausal patients, 4)patient who are allergic /hypersensitive to the drug class.

Exemestane: I believe that oncologists treating breast cancer are the specialists most familiar with this medication as it is usually used in patients with certain hormonal patterns of breast cancer. These specialists are qualified to answer this question.
