Do not take it. : Do not take Exemestane if you are pregnant. It has been shown to cause harm to the fetus. It reduced number of live fetuses, prolonged gestation, abnormal or difficult labor, decreased fetal weight, and retarded ossification. If your breast feeding or considering to breast feed it can be excreted into human milk, caution is highly recommended.
