Depends on cause: It first needs to be determined why he has it. After that has been completed with appropriate examination, labs and imaging therapy will be used to aid in the improvement in the blood flow in the fingers and other areas affected: toes, kidneys, heart, etc. We use variety of therapies - nitroglycerins, calcium channel blockers like procardia, erectile dysfunction drugs like viagra, (sildenafil) cilias.
