Raynaud's / CCB: You need to see your rheumatologist. I suspect they are the ones' who diagnosed the crest syndrome. Suspect you are describing advanced raynauds. He will need treatment with a calcium channel blocker and perhaps and additional vasodilator.

Treat the CREST: Raynaud's can be primary, due to vast spasm, or secondary to another disease process, in this case crest. The scleroderma or systemic sclerosis is the most likely cause of the ulceration. Treatment of the crest is primary therapy. If pain/tissue loss persists, other treatments such as a digital sympathectomy either surgical or chemical (botox) have been described.
