What to do if i have just recently been told that what to do if i have raynaud's phenomenon(not disease) and am wondering what treatment there is for it?

See details: You should be seen by a rheumatologist to determine if there are any underlying connective tissue disorders either present or more likely to occur in the future. If avoidance of cold is not sufficient, a calcium channel blocker such as nifedipine would be the next step.
