Is there a connection between carpal tunnel syndrome and raynauds?

No: However one could certainly develop carpal tunnel synrome from overuse just as easily as one who does not have raynaud's.

Probably not: Raynaud's is a condition in which arteries of the hand spontaneously and intermittently narrow due to spasm of the muscles lining the arterial wall. It can be due to underlying disease, such as lupus or scleroderma, but can also occur without one. Stress and cold temperature can cause symptoms. Although numbness and pain can occur, as in carpal tunnel syndrome, a connection hasn't been established.
