Pharmacy: Most mydriatic eyedrops (drops that dilate the eyes) are only available at a pharmacy by prescription. A few over the counter drops can dilate the pupil a little in sensitive individuals although that is not the primary goal for these drops. Some street drugs can also dilate pupils but of course these are illegal.
