What is it when someone has one eye that rolls up so you only see the white but the other looks at you ok? mydriasis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Strabismus: If the eyes are not tracking together, it is a muscle balance problem, and is either something they have had all their life, or is a new eye muscle problem due to nerve compromise. This could be a TIA or cva. See your eye md as soon as possible if you have this problem.
