Unlikely: This is a condition in which the vision in one eye is supressed, and both are slightly out of line which prevents doubling of vision. It is a very stable adaptation and no surgery, prisms or eyeglasses is known to reverse it. Functionally it is not a problem, as your system is currently fully adapted to it.
