Probably: In your profile you list diabetes, dry eyes, and hazy vision (age 16). Your eye md can help you with all of these things. Depending on the severity of your conditions, a 100% cure is certainly possible, at least temporarily. Dry eyes can be treated with artificial tears, but may need other treatments as well. Diabetes may need to be treated in the eyes as well as body with laser or injections.

What's the problem?: Whether or not a problem can be cured or corrected 100% really depends on the problem. Even with a single disease, such as diabetic retinopathy, there is a wide spectrum of problems, and treatments do not work the same for all of them. However, the first thing is find out what exactly is the problem to estimate the possible effectiveness of treatments.
