3-4 hours/day: Use 3-4 hours per day can do 1 hour session x4 or continuous rx. Some pump require pressure to be set 20mm hg lower than diastolic bp. Check manufacturer recommendations.

pump recommendation: It is important to be sure that you truly have lymphedema, a diagnosis that is confusing for many doctors. Unfortunately, the choice of pump is dependent upon what insurance you have and of course how severe the condition is. A certified lymphedema therapist and physician trained in lymphedema should be involved in your care to confirm the diagnosis and get you the best treatment.
