How can i cure my anxiety hyperventilation problems?

Benzodiazepines/CBT: If you are hyperventilating due to anxiety, it leads me to think you suffer from panic episodes. Many panic episodes are not triggered by a situation or thought, and in such cases, people usually respond well to treatment with fast-acting benzodiazepines such as alprazolam. If panic is brought about by a situation or thought(s), then cbt may help in lieu of (or addition to) medication.
