Unlikely: There are screening tests and there are definitive tests. The screening tests can have false positives and false negatives, but the definitive tests are about 99% accurate. Especially with cocaine, it is very unlikely to have a false positive, Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) is a form of methylphenidate (ritalin) and is more closely related to amphetamine than cocaine.
