Depends: Most adrenal tumors are non-functioning, so they don't produce any excess hormone and you wouldn't have any hormonal effect from it. However, if the tumor is a hormone-producing tumor, it can produce any of the 4 hormones from the adrenal gland: cortisol, catecholamines (adrenaline), aldsoterone, and dhea-s.

Depends: Depends on the adrenal cell line that is in a state of increased proliferation (neoplasia). Most commonly cushinoid and virlization features. Some cases of acth-dependent cushing's syndrome occur in a periodic or cyclical form, with intermittent and variable cortisol secretion, the symptoms and signs waxing and waning according to the active periods of the disease.
