Likely benign: More than likely you are seeing something related to the small blood vessels of the eye. Unless you are having irritation, pain, or other symptom it is probably nothing to worry about. However, if symptoms, or if it changes see someone. Foreign bodies, and small blood vessel injuries can cause such spots.
