Why would my right foot cramp so badly ?

Injury, fatigue.: Lots of things can cause a foot cramp - walking all day in high heels or poor shoes, over exerting yourself/fatigue, minor strains/sprains. They are very common. If it's happening just once in a while, just gently stretch and massage the spasming area. If it's happening all the time, get it checked out by your doc!

Foot cramp: Depends on what kind of foot type you have. If you have a flatfoot or a foot that overpronates can cause the muscle in your foot to fatigue thus cause cramping after walking or standing for prolonged period.
