Foot cramps: Foot cramps can also because by poor arterial circulation. Arterial circulation is the blood flow from your heart to your toes. If that circulation slows down for any reason such as blockage or narrowing of the blood vessel, then any exertion like walking for a block or two can produce cramps. These cramps can occur in the thighs, calf or feet.
