Needs more eval: Most "regular" headaches don't last that long or fit that description. I'd suggest you see your doctor to get a thorough evaluation. Good luck.

18 months: I would hope that you have been evaluated by a doctor and some specialists. Sounds like you may need to see an ENT or even an internal medicine doctor. If the pain is in the left arm, this could signal a heart problem. Could also be a pinched nerve in the neck.
