A member asked:

What is the best thing to do for a recurring runny nose and an infection in the nostril?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your physician: Best guess at what's ailing you - you have allergies triggering recurrent runny nose and either an infection in the vestibule of the nose or recurrent sinusitis. Both types of infections are a direct result of uncontrolled allergic rhinitis. An infection of the nostril can be treated with a topical antibiotic. Sinusitis requires oral medications. See your md & get pointed in the right direction.
