What is the best lasik eye surgery?

Wavefront blade free: In my opinion, i prefer blade free procedures (the flap is made with a femtosecond laser) with wavefront guided treatments.

All laser LASIK: I believe that bladeless lasik is safer. A laser created flap is perfect most every time unless suction is lost, and even in the limited times I have seen that, there were no serious consequences. Wavefront lasik is often promoted as the most advanced, but in my experience, not absolutely necessary as long as spherical aberration is reduced with the ablation profile.

Best LASIK: The best lasik treatment is an intralase-enabled custom lasik treatment. I prefer the visx s4 laser currently.
