Depends: It depends on the body system that is involved. If it is limited to the eyes and mouth, then the life expectancy should be normal, with uveitis and apthous stomatitis as chronic illnesses. However, if there is heart or lung involvement, with aneurysmal dilation of vessels within these vital structures, a person could end up in early heart or respiratory failure, shortening the life expectancy.
