Many: Behçet' disease is an inflammatory disease and can have many different manifestations. However, the most common feature is recurrent painful oral and/or genital ulcers. Other problems can inflammation of the eyes, vascular disease (due to inflammation of blood vessels), and central nervous system disease. Even less common are skin, kidney, heart, or lung inflammation.
