Low blood sugar: Hypoglycemia another term for low blood sugar. But it doesn't mean you need more sugar. It means you need less. It means your body doesn't process sugars properly and you need less of them.

Low blood glucose: The normal range is 70-100. So hypoglycemia is anything <70.
