1. is you tester accurate. Finger ones are not always. 2. Not hypoglycemia by this number. 3. Not prediabetes- requires a Standard GTT done properly. Or getting pregnant may bring our diabetes sometimes but do not recommend this as a test.

You are not hypoglycemic. To diagnose pre-diabetes you need to be tested for fasting plasma glucose at an accredited laboratory. If this reading was from a glucometer, it may not be accurate. Talk to your doctor about getting your fasting plasma glucose done at a laboratory and also an A1c test. Wish you good health!
