A doctor has provided 1 answer

The answer is: Complex. One could argue resectable and unresectable, as a category. Histology: sarcomatoid {s} and epithelial, but the epithelial is being subtyped into different prognostic groups, {s} almost alwasys lethal. The extent of surgery is being studies aftr the mars trial, use of chemotherapy probably helpful, role of XRT is controversial and unproven.
