What are the chances my urine pregnancy test result was accurate?

It depends on test: Each company that makes a urine pregnancy test has a level(sensitivity) at which the test will convert to positive which is not zero so as to avoid false positive tests. That information is usually printed on the insert inside or on the box.Most tests convert to positive after a woman has missed her period by 5 to 14 days.
