See your physician: There are many causes of acid and gastric problems including: food, obesity, pregnancy, smoking, nsaids, alcohol, stress, and a possible bacterial infection. If any of these is the cause to your problem, then you could lose weight, quit smoking, avoid high doses of nsaids, exercise, or receive treatment for a h. Pylori infection. But most importantly see a physician for the most optimal treatment.
