Does a sinus ct scan show a deviated septum if you have one?

Yes: The sinus ct provides a very detailed evaluation of the sinuses and would show a deviated septum.

Deviated septum: CT scans take cuts through part of the septum so it is possible that a septal deviation could be missed. Have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
