A member asked:

What rituals can you do to help yourself fall asleep at night?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sleep Hygiene.: No stimulating activities before bed, no heavy meals before bed, no tv in the bedroom. Keep the bedroom's temperature slightly on a cooler side. Take a warm shower before bed, relaxation, deep breathing, visualizations (you can google for instructions); no naps in the afternoon, no drinks with caffeine after 3 pm. Find activities that calm you down, relax you and incorporate them into the routine.
