Yoga, tai-chi: All forms of physical therapies incorporate movements into their work-rehab regimens, but i assume you are referring to more artistic/relaxation/balance training therapies suc as yo-ga, tai-chi, dance therapy etc..There are many forms/schools of thoughts. Do your own research and find out what works for you. Eat well, sleep well, exercise regularly, live long. Consult doc. Good luck.
