Does mesotherapy really get rid of cellulite, or are all anti-cellulite ads just gimmicks?

Little evidence: I'm not a big fan of mesotherapy, and am not aware of any significant well done study, published in a peer-reviewed journal, that documents its safety and effectiveness.
