A member asked:

I am having a head ct scan, what can they see about the nerves?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Little: Ct scans of the head show the brain- not the nerves. Sometimes you can see a few of the cranial nerves. The purpose of the ct scan is to see the brain for diseases within the brain tissue.
