How do you manage type 2 diabetes?

Diet, exercise +meds: The first and best way is to control the diet. This is ideally done with the help of a nutrtionist and diabetes expert. Stability in the diet ie eating 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, keeping carbs stable and lowering calories not only helps with weight loss but also with deciding on med choice. The medications for diabetes are excellent, and your doctor can help find the best choice if diet isnt enough.

First diet!: No concenrated sweet diet- see mine in my health files. Exercise helps. Then many, most adults need pills or injectable therapies to control blood sugar.
