No: Iceberg lettuce pales next to dark leafy greens. But it's not so bad. There's vitamin c, potassium and iron, folate, (folic acid) vit k too. It's got very few calories and no fat. And it makes a wonderful edible cup, bowl or plate for all kinds of tasty dishes.
