Surprisingly little: You didn't mention the age of the girl, but young children often snack all the time, so it seems like they never eat. Talk to her doctor or nurse or a dietician. They will tel you to take a complete dietary history of everything the child take in over a week. They can then tell you how much food and how many calories the child actually takes in. They can then compae that to what is needed.
